Product Abstract: Aniseed essential oil is the fruit of the annual anise plant of the parsley family (Umbelliferae). It grows up to 60cm in height with leaves varying in shape from heart-shaped to feathery. The fruits are covered with short hairs and each contains two dark seeds with light ribs.
Cautions: Dilute pure Aniseed oil before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided.
