When a student graduates from my class, they have a thorough understanding of the properties of essential oils and how to safely and effectively use them. My goal is to provide my students with the knowledge and skills they need to pursue a career in aromatherapy or to use essential oils for their own personal health and well-being.

Too much fun in the sun? Add a teaspoon of witch hazel and 10 drops of lavender to a 2-ounce spray bottle and fill with water. Spritz on sunburn skin for instant relief. Another recipe: Add 5 drops of peppermint and fill halfway with pure aloe vera then fill the rest of the space with water.
